- A rug is laid down at the door and shoe covers are worn while we set up
for your interior painting project - Furniture is moved to the middle of the room(s) prior to the painting or staining of walls, ceilings, cabinets, or trim
- Floors are covered with clean drop cloths before any painting or staining work begins
- Furniture, cabinets, counter tops, etc., are draped with plastic before painting or staining
- Masking tape is applied where necessary before any intrior painting or staining work is performed
- Outlet and light switch covers are removed and taped off prior to painting or staining
- Drywall repair work is completed if necessary and spot primed prior to painting or staining
- Interior painting or staining is completed by our painters in a professional, timely manner
- Final clean up and reassembly of the work area is completed by our painters
- A final walk through is performed with the client to ensure that the interior painting or staining was completed as specified.

- The exterior siding will be pressure washed to clean and remove loose or chalky paint or stain if applicable
- Rotten wood is identified and can be replaced by our carpenter prior to exterior painting or staining
- Drop cloths are laid down and plastic is draped over selected items prior to exterior painting or staining
- Loose paint or stain if applicable is scraped and wire brushed before applying paint or stain
- Paintable surfaces are electronically moisture tested prior to exterior painting or staining
- Bare wood is primed before applying any paint to the house siding or trim
- Nails or screws can be re-nailed or tightened before applying the exterior paint or stain
- Holes can be patched and gaps caulked shut prior to the exterior painting or staining
