Matthews' Painting Co. is a reputable interior and exterior professional painting, staining, drywall repair, and pressure washing firm that has been in business for over 14 years.  Our residential and commercial painting business is expanding throughout the Warsaw, Winona Lake, Leesburg, Syracuse, Columbia City, North Manchester, Goshen, Elkhart, South Bend, Rochester, Plymouth and Fort Wayne areas. 

We have a very structured and detailed hiring process.  All painters applying to our painting company are required to go through two interviews, submit to a drug screen, criminal background check, and perform a "hands on" painting test prior to employment.  In addition, any painter that feels he's qualified to enter into our Foreman Training Program must complete and pass a 70 question foreman exam originated by our trade association, Painting and Decorating Contractors of America.  All of our painters are employees rather than sub-contractors who are uniformed, courteous to one another, hard working, providing the best in customer service and satisfaction.  We have policies limiting or restricting smoking, cursing, rudeness, or loud offensive music on job sites.
